Designed for sidewall, sill, and ceiling extruded aluminum linear bar grilles combine architectural appeal with performance and versatility. With fixed bars parallel to the long dimension, linear bar grilles are a popular choice for continuous or perimeter applications.
Heavy Duty Pressed Core : “The heavy duty extruded aluminum border features reinforcing support bars that allow this product to be used in light foot traffic floor applications.” The removable core is made of heavy duty extruded aluminum and is supplied with clips for securing the core in place TRUSTAR Linear Grilles and Registers covers a wide range for supply and return air distribution of HVAC systems and are suitable for ceiling, sill and sidewall applications. They are selected for their pleasing continuous, line, architectural appearance and are designed for ventilation outlets and many other applications.
Linear grille series standard widths ranges from 2” to 10”. Linear Grilles & Registers are multi parallel fixed bar type in continuous modular section up to 2 meters long to form linear type grilles.
Grilles are designed for cooling applications, supply and return. The grilles are manufactured with precision mitered corners to maximize quality. They are available in one way airflow pattern for 0, 15 and 45 degree bar deflection and in one or two way air flow pattern for 15 and 45 degree bar deflection. For quiet airflow, bars are equally spaced at 12.5mm distance. Mullion bars across the blades provide additional strength.
